Throughout these Terms, "Pineview Care," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Pineview Care LLC, a Maine limited liability company providing MaineCare-funded in-home personal care services.
By accessing or using pineviewcare.org, completing any form on the site, or engaging with Pineview Care LLC in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy.
If you are using the site on behalf of another person (such as a family member or patient), you represent that you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Pineview Care LLC provides MaineCare-funded in-home personal care services (also known as Personal Support Services or PSS) to eligible individuals throughout the State of Maine. Our services include, but are not limited to:
Pineview Care also employs and contracts with caregivers (Personal Support Specialists) who provide these services to patients. Information on our site regarding caregiver employment, pay, and benefits is for informational purposes and does not constitute an offer of employment. All caregiver positions are subject to qualification, background checks, and applicable state and federal requirements.
Eligibility for Pineview Care's services depends on enrollment in MaineCare (Maine's Medicaid program) and a clinical assessment determining the need for personal care services. Submitting a form on this website does not guarantee eligibility, enrollment, or the receipt of services.
MaineCare eligibility and the scope of covered services are determined by the State of Maine's Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) and its authorized assessment agencies. Pineview Care does not control or guarantee MaineCare eligibility determinations, service authorizations, or the number of approved care hours.
If you are not currently enrolled in MaineCare but believe you may qualify, we encourage you to contact MaineCare Member Services or visit www.maine.gov/dhhs/oms for more information.
By providing your phone number and opting in to receive SMS/text messages from Pineview Care LLC, you consent to receive text messages related to scheduling, updates, reminders, service communications, and, if applicable, promotional offers.
Message Frequency: Message frequency will vary. You may receive up to two SMS messages per week related to your appointments, account status, or eligibility inquiries.
Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Pineview Care LLC does not charge for SMS messages; however, your carrier may charge standard messaging fees. Please contact your mobile carrier for details.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. Upon receiving your opt-out request, we will send a confirmation message, and you will be removed from our SMS communication list.
HELP: If you need assistance, reply HELP to any SMS message from us, or call us directly at 207-707-3004.
SMS Privacy: SMS opt-in or phone numbers collected for the purpose of SMS communication by Pineview Care LLC are not shared with any third party or affiliate company for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for more information.
You agree to use pineviewcare.org only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. You may not misuse the site, including by transmitting viruses, attempting unauthorized access, or using automated systems (such as bots) to submit forms or scrape information.
When you submit a form on our site, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Submitting false or misleading information may result in delays or denial of services. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
