Our MaineCare Services

All of our personal care services are covered by MaineCare (Maine's Medicaid program) for eligible individuals. This means there are no out-of-pocket costs to you if you qualify. We handle all billing directly with MaineCare.

We provide services throughout the entire state of Maine, including Portland, Lewiston, Bangor, Auburn, Augusta, Biddeford, South Portland, and all surrounding communities. If you live in Maine and have MaineCare, we can help you.

Yes! We work with you to match you with a caregiver who fits your needs and preferences. If you have a family member or friend who you'd like to be your caregiver, we can help them become certified and employed through our agency.

MaineCare is Maine's Medicaid program for low-income individuals and families, which covers personal care services. Medicare is federal health insurance primarily for people 65 and older, which typically does not cover long-term personal care services. You must have MaineCare to qualify for our services, though you may have both programs.

The number of hours depends on your individual needs assessment and MaineCare approval. We work with you and MaineCare to determine the appropriate level of care based on your daily living needs. Hours can range from a few hours per week to more comprehensive daily support.
