Complete In-Home Assessment

Have a care coordinator evaluate your needs

Schedule assessment appointment at a convenient time

Review and sign assessment documentation

Select Your Caregiver

Choose who will provide your care

Decide if you want a family member or friend to be your caregiver

Complete caregiver approval process

Start Receiving Care

Begin your home care services

Ongoing Responsibilities

Submit timesheets on time (weekly or as required)

Attend periodic care plan reviews (typically every 6-12 months)

Complete annual MaineCare re-certification

Stay in touch with your PineView Care coordinator
